It has been ran hard for probably two years since the last time it saw any new parts!If you are talking about mixture adjusting screws, there is no "correct" setting; however, 1 1/2-2 turns out is generally a good starting point for all mixture screws. Easy to test , put the tractor under a load until it starts to loose power and open the fuel cap. If there seem to be a vaccum holding the cap and the tractor starts to run better then the vent is pluged.
